CALL FOR PARTICIPATORY RESEARCH ACTIONS ON MARINE LITTER
Dear fellow citizens,
We are pleased to invite the local communities of the Asterousia Biosphere Reserve to participate in participatory research activities on marine litter, which will take place at 6 beaches located in and around the Biosphere Reserve!
The beaches that will be studied are: ● Three Churches ● Dytikos ● Psili Ammos ● Kommos ● Kokkinos Pyrgos ● Kataliki
At these sites, marine litter will be collected and recorded (duration 2-2.5 hours) using a scientific methodology applied throughout Europe and the Mediterranean.
